Our policy is to provide our clients with a one stop shop whether buying and opening a business to retiring to live in Spain.

If you are buying a business here in Spain our selling price includes the following:

• Sorting out your NIE number - this is your identity number here in Spain
• A legal translation in to english of your contract.
• Introduction to gestorias - here in Spain a gestoria applies for your license and looks after all of your accounting and you have to have one.
• Introduction to suppliers - we have relationships with most types of suppliers here on the Costa Blanca.
• Introduction to Insurance specialists - we again can cover your business, car, health and life.
• Arranging schools for the children.
• Arranging medical cover on the National Health.
• And one year of hand holding - any problems just give us a call.

If you are retiring we have a one off fee for:

• Sorting out your NIE and Residencia
• Sorting out your E106 or E121 to provide medical cover on the National Health.
• And a helpline for one year.

We also offer translation services and Spanish lessons along with a host of other activities, at very reasonable rates.

Also for the tourist we are able to help with any problems you may run into, whether it be an accident that you need a translator for at the hospital to you being robbed and needing help at the police station.

We also offer a service for short term and long term renting of apartments, garages, storage etc.
